We at jadetv.xyz are different than MOST other party’s and do not at this time offer tiered pricing as we have discovered throughout three years of extensive testing on multiple streaming devices that providers that offer such pricing tiers will often provide only one login credential for up to as many as 6 devices.  Our discovery is it leads to many playback issues that cost you valuable time and frustration. jadetv.xyz would rather save you from the issue and time not the a buck.

NO. our system will automatically detect and BAN anyone who attempts to share there device unique login credentials. Our system allows only one login per device.  “HOWEVER”  Please read the next question on this list.
You can have up to 10 devices under one email account.
Please Be advised that AT THIS TIME If you do wish to activate more devices at different times it will be YOUR sole responsibility alone to keep record of PAYMENT DUE for each device as our system automatically suspends overdue payment per each device’s by identifying it’s own unique username and pass code. In the event one of your devices gets suspended you will need to provide our customer service your email and the unique username and password of the suspended device . Via Email and/or WhatsApp.
Therefore in the interest of keeping unwanted interruptions due to overdue payment on any one specific device jadetv.xyz STRONGLY recommends you get as many friends or family members who may be interested to join in under one email account before joining our services as in the near future jadetv.xyz will be offering significant discounts based on the number of activated devices on one account.
At this time we only accept Cash or E-Transfer

We are currently in the process of building a fully automated billing system which will allow users to receive payment due notifications and other easy payment methods.
Because you where most likely referred to this site by a friend or family member who by now trusts the service.  New client is a minimum 3 months per device.  After the first 3 months if you are pleased with service you may be askes to go six months or a year per device. ( But Only if you are able, we will not force it ). As in this arena.  jadetv.xyz  believes it is safer to have the least amount of financial transactions for all parties involved.  it’s just common sense.

YES and NO…  A VPN service is not always required for some IPTV services. but we at jadetv very STRONGLY suggest you still consider the use of a VPN to insure you are able to receive all programming due to your ISP provider banning the use of this type of service and for protecting your Internet connection with an anonymization service. This means that tracing would no longer be possible.  Please Note If you choose to NOT to use a VPN jadetv.xyz cannot guarantee a smooth uninterrupted experience. And may limit support.

https://speedtest.net   to test your internet connection, Do this few times through the day. This will give you a good idea of the overall internet speed available to you. A stable minimum 25 Mbps is the minimum requirement. and will work best no matter what your speed is if connected directly using Ethernet cable. Also it is important that you speed test the device you intend to use as a cell phone, a laptop, or PC may all give different results.
Also please keep in mind an unstable internet will cause buffering issues. You can test this during your SPEED TEST , The lower the PING the more stable your connection will be.   Ideally the closer to ZERO the better.
Also In some cases our service has been known to work flawless at 4.0mps (wired)
At This Time  We at jadetv.xyz only work with Devices that use one of the following two apps.  Please be sure the device you intend to use is compatible.
#1   TIVIMATE
FIRESTICK / CUBE / FIRETV / ANDROID TV BOXES /  and some smart tv’s (not recomeded)
#2  IPTV Smarters Pro
FIRESTICK / CUBE / FIRETV / ANDROID TV BOXES / PHONES AND TABLETS . and some smart tv’s (not recomeded)

Please Be sure to try ALL the steps in this Troubleshooting Guide before contacting Customer Support as they will offer you the same list that is already here.
#1) BUFFERING
There is really only a few reasons your service may be BUFFERING
(the little wheel spins but no playback)
a) Restart your device
b) Be sure to clean your device application Cache at least every month or so. This helps speed up your device by clearing any unnecessary junk files.
c) Make sure your internet speed is adequate.
Your Internet needs to be minimum 25 Mbps Download and 4 Mbps upload, this speed should be enough to enjoy watching our service without issue.
It is very important is that your internet to be stable and to have low latency ping when you run internet test speed, your ping should be low. Zero is best but less than 20-50 is good. Almost always when you have high ping you will have buffering issues, it means your internet not stable.
A DIRECT Ethernet connection is HIGHLY Recommended no matter what your internet speed is.
This is by far the best way to assure you are getting your full internet speeds as WI-FI drastically reduces the quality of signal to your devices.
You can check the speed of the device you are using by opening the browser and go to https://speedtest.net. (some apps have in the settings that let you do a speed test).
REMEMBER the lower the ping during the speed test the more stable the connection is.
d) Always use a VPN Service as this not only hides what you do from your ISP provider and keeps them from shutting your service down. It also allows you to bypass restricted content that is not allowed in your region and lets you enjoy content from anywhere without restriction. (recommended) SurfShark VPN, Express VPN, or Private Internet Access VPN.
e) Check the service on your Phone,Tablet or any device other than the one you are having issues with using the Tivimate or the IPTVSmarters Pro app.
f) Try with WiFi ON and WiFi OFF. If it works on your phone something may me wrong with your device.
g) Try with VPN on and VPN off. Try a different, far away country for VPN. Your ISP could be blocking an entire region.
h) CLEAR CACHE (often as you remember) as it is almost always the cure for buffering or playback issues.
To do this go to your device (example amazon firestick) settings/ applications.
Click on each application separately and clear the cache only. WARNING: DO NOT CLEAR DATA. if you clear data you will need to sign back in to each of your apps.
If you follow all these suggestions your buffering should be next to zero.
Also if any provider claims zero buffering they are not being completely truthful with you. (FACT)
#2) PLAYLIST ISSUES
a) If you are loading your playlist for the first time and it fails to load be sure you have put the proper USERNAME, PASSWORD, URL credentials onto your device/app. (Remember that they are case sensitive)
In some rare cases you may have to simply wait for 5 to 15 minutes and try again due to the providers end maybe doing server updates or maintenance at that exact moment.
b) If your playlist is working but the guide (EPG) is not showing simply go to your app (Tivimate, Smarters Pro, etc) Settings and update the EPG manually.
You may also want to update the playlist manually while your at it.
These two setting should be set to automatically update if you have properly configured them in your App settings.
c) Restart your device.
d) If your playlist was working fine but now fails to play for a few hours it may be due to maintenance on the providers end.
Any longer than 12 to 24 hours please contact the team to help resolve the issue.
#3) EPG (electronic program guide) TV Guide issues.
a) If the EPG does not show please go to your device app (Tivimate, Smarters Pro, etc) and update the EPG manually and then be sure it is set to update every 8 to 24 hours and/or upon device startup.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the EPG (electonic program guide does not work perfect for every channel, country or device).
QUICK CHECK LIST
a) Check the service on another device other than the one you are having issues with using TiviMate app or the iptvSmartersPro app.
b) Try with WiFi ON and WiFi OFF.
c) Try with VPN on and VPN off.
d) Try a different,far away country on your VPN. As Your ISP could be blocking an entire region.
e) Restart your app
f) Clear Cache
g) Try a different app
h) Uninstall and Download a fresh app from the official website
i) Reset/Restart your modem,router and your device
j) Factory Reset your Device
ALWAYS CHECK ALL WIRES AND CABLES
Yes of course BUT only if it is 100% absolutely out of our control, something like a catastrophic failure of the 3rd party servers go blackout with no chance of returning. In the event that happens, jadetv.xyz will offer a full pro rated refund to any client who requests it.
Missing TV show episodes/seasons, are common in the industry as not all service providers operate in the same manor or all have the same content.
If you are experiencing missing content you can report it via our ticket system and we will pass that to the proper channels. Keep in mind if the missing content can be it will be restored. However also please be aware that not all content is available.  jadetv will promise to do our very best at restoring.
I mention this often because this is the most common issue with buffering and playback issues on many devices if your internet speeds are acceptible
To keep your device clean of unneeded junk files that effect it’s  performance. Here is a quick how to clear the devices apps
To access them on your device
Go to Settings / Applications / Manage Installed Applications /
Click on each app one at a time and click on Clear Cache (WARNING Do NOT Clear Data)
This assures your device is clean and frees up space to help with playback issues.
