https://speedtest.net to test your internet connection, Do this few times through the day. This will give you a good idea of the overall internet speed available to you. A stable minimum 25 Mbps is the minimum requirement. and will work best no matter what your speed is if connected directly using Ethernet cable. Also it is important that you speed test the device you intend to use as a cell phone, a laptop, or PC may all give different results.
Also please keep in mind an unstable internet will cause buffering issues. You can test this during your SPEED TEST , The lower the PING the more stable your connection will be. Ideally the closer to ZERO the better.
Also In some cases our service has been known to work flawless at 4.0mps (wired)
At This Time We at jadetv.xyz only work with Devices that use one of the following two apps. Please be sure the device you intend to use is compatible.

If you are having trouble watching some events. Try to use VPN connected to a different country. Anyone is having trouble watching service, please try the following standard procedure below.
Be sure to try ALL of the steps, including checking on a mobile device if you really want to fix the problem!
Standard Procedure:
Make sure your internet speed is adequate.
Check that your username and password,url service address is entered correctly. It’s case sensitive!
Check the service on your Phone or iPad , Tablet or any other devices than the one you are having issues with using the Tivimate or the IPTVSmarters Pro app. Try with WiFi ON and WiFi OFF. If it works on your phone something may me wrong with your device.
Try with VPN on and VPN off. Try a different, far away country for VPN. Your ISP could be blocking an entire region.
Refresh your app
Clear application CACHE! OFTEN
BUFFERING
(CLEAR DEVICE APPLICATION CACHE OFTEN)
There really are only a few things that cause buffering.
Here is the list of causes and how to fix them.
#1) Your Internet needs to be minimum 25 Mbps Download and 4 Mbps upload (USING ETHERNET CABLE WHENEVER POSSIBLE FOR BEST CONNECTION AND STABILITY) this speed should be enough to enjoy watching our service without issue.
Most important is that your internet to be stable and to have low latency ping when you run internet test speed, your ping should be low. less than 20 is ideal usually when you have high ping you will have buffering issues, it means your internet not stable.
A DIRECT ETHERNET CONNECTION is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED no matter what your internet speed is.
You can check the speed of the device you are using by opening the browser and go to https://speedtest.net. (some apps have in the settings that let you do a speed test)
REMEMBER the lower the ping during the speed test the more stable the connection is.
#2) Check all wires
#3) Restart your device
#4) Always use a VPN (recomended) SurfShark VPN, Express VPN, or Private Internet Access VPN
If the buffering persists try setting your VPN to a different location.
REMEMBER To CLEAR APPLICATION CACHE OFTEN
#5 Be sure to clean your device application Cache at least every month or so .
To do this go to your device (example amazon firestick) settings/ applications.
Click on each application seperatly and clear the cache only. WARNING : DO NOT CLEAR DATA.
If you follow all these suggestions your buffering should be next to zero.
Also if any provider claims zero buffering they are not being completly truthfull with you. (FACT)
PLAYLIST
#1) If you are loading your playlist for the first time and it fails to load be sure you have put the proper USERNAME, PASSWORD, URL etc login credentials onto your device/app. In rare cases you may have to simply wait for 5 to 15 minutes and try again due to the providers end maybe doing server updates or maintanance at that moment.
#2) If you playlist is working but the guide (EPG) is not showing simply go to your app (Tivimate, Smarters Pro, etc) Settings
and update the EPG manually. You may also want to update the playlist manually while your at it. These setting should be automatic if you have properly set up it up in your App settings.
#3) If your playlist was working fine but now fails to play for a few hours it may be due to mantainance on the providers end.
Any longer than 12 to 24 hours please contact the team to help resolve the issue.
EPG (electronic program guide) (tvguide)
#1) If the EPG does not show please go to your device app (Tivimate, Smarters Pro, etc) and update the EPG manually and then be sure it is set to update every8 to 24 hours and/or upon device startup.
#2) PLEASE BE ADVISED that the EPG (electonic program guide does not work for every channel,country or device).
SOME OTHER BASIC THINGS TO CONSIDER TO CHECK
A) Check the service on your Phone, iPad, Tablet, Firestick, or any other devices other than the one you are having issues with using TiviMate app or the iptvSmartersPro app.
B) Try with WiFi ON and WiFi OFF. If it works on your phone something may me wrong with your device.

D) Refresh your app
E) Clear Cache
F) Try a different app
G) Uninstall and Download a fresh app from the website
H) Reset your modem and router and your device
I mention this often because this is the most common issue with buffering and playback issues on many devices if your internet speeds are acceptible

To access them on your device
Go to Settings / Applications / Manage Installed Applications /
Click on each app one at a time and click on Clear Cache (WARNING Do NOT Clear Data)
This assures your device is clean and frees up space to help with playback issues.
